SickKids Precision Child Health
Manager, Strategic Initiatives · 2023 – 2026
Supported the core themes of Precision Child Health: Learning Health System, Advanced Therapeutics, and Translational Genomics. Supported the launch of the hospital's first enterprise-wide Clinical Research Strategy.
Prototype

Helping run a student-led initiative that supports medical learners who want to explore entrepreneurship, design, and technology in health care. We connect curious students with mentors, workshops, and a community building ideas outside the clinic.

StrategyRx
Founded a clinically focused healthcare consulting firm that helps organizations bring innovation into real-world care. In this role, I develop frameworks, proprietary methodologies such as the Clinical Feasibility Framework, and review materials, supported by a frontline clinical advisory network.

Recognizing a need to study more efficiently in medical school, I developed my own learning tools and then established MedSchool Karma to share them with the world. Building own study materials into interactive case simulations and practice questions. Some tools include case tools (Cardiology Karma, PFT Karma, ABG Karma) and learning tools (Board Q Karma, Curriculum Karma).
